Christopher Hyes is the Chief Operations Officer of Detailing for MCAS, a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families living with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
In this role he oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, helping coordinate the programs, chapters and volunteers that carry its work to patients and families.
Christopher treats operations as a people-first discipline. Behind every logistics decision is a family waiting on a care package or a chapter trying to run its first event, and he builds the systems that make sure those things actually happen — consistently, and at a scale a volunteer team can sustain.
